Having transitioned many happy new owners from large to smaller homes, we understand the unique set of challenges. We are proud to be able to recommend a skilled ‘downsizing team’, experts in guiding individuals and couples through the downsizing process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
To further alleviate any concerns, we can provide the downsizing team with a floorplan of your prospective apartment. This way, they can collaborate with you to identify which pieces of furniture will fit comfortably into your new home, ensuring that the space remains both functional and personalised.
Moreover, the downsizing team is not limited to planning – they extend their assistance to packing, unpacking, and even helping you with the process of listing items for sale or donation to charities. They will aim to take care of the practical aspects of downsizing, allowing you the space and time to focus on the emotional aspects of this transition.
You won’t be alone in this process. Our team is committed to making your entire experience as smooth and supportive as possible.
When it comes to selling your home, we know choosing the right agent can be overwhelming, which is why we have a number of reputable operators that we recommend. They will visit you for an obligation free appraisal of your current home, provide expert advice on how to achieve the very best price, as well as a smooth sale and transition to ‘The Henry’.
