Tai Chi For Well-Being


As part of our health and well-being program here at The Henry, we have been able to secure one of Canberra’s most well-known and experienced Tai Chi instructors; Dapeng Wang. Dapeng is running classes here in The Clubhouse on Saturday mornings at 10:45am.

Tai chi helps you to improve your health in many different ways – increase flexibility, balance, energy and stamina, improve your weight and eliminate the chance of obesity.
